We do not have the owners manual or drivers on CD however the drivers can be downloaded from HP.com This item is heavy and needs to ship on a pallet. The flat rate quoted is based on a dock to dock shipment. If you have no dock, you would need to be able to lift the pallet from the back of the truck. Extra services are available such as delivery to a residential address, lift gate delivery, and inside delivery and may require additional payment.
