Well, here's a mystery ABOUT a mystery -- no where on the exterior or interior of this copy is there any indication of an original price (the penciled code/price at the right inside front cover was added later on by a used bookstore). And there is no ISBN number on the back cover (although the ISBN for the HARDCOVER version is listed on the copyright page). I have a very dusty memory of acquiring this book at the time that it was published, when I was making my regular pilgrimage to Uncle Edgar's Mystery Bookstore in Minneapolis, and the manager (Jeff Hatfield -- a very cool guy, by the way), was ringing me up, and mentioned that he had an advance reading copy of Elmore Leonard's latest book, and did I want it? To which I must have agreed -- I am guessing that this copy is an advance reading copy, since it doesn't have the other necessary markings. Shipping charges include postage (including USPS Tracking on domestic shipments), packaging materials, labor and fuel (the nearest post office is 14 MILES away!); but I do combine shipping charges on multiple items -- so fill up that cart NOW an' save some $$$!
