In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, please message us right away (please submit a cancellation request within 2 hours of purchase). If production has already begun, unfortunately a cancellation will not be possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR (that’s why we provide a size chart or clear measurements for all our products; we hope you checked these carefully before ordering). WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR HAS SOME FAULT.

For a damage or fault, please take a photo clearly showing the issue and send it to us. Once the damage/fault is verified, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement product (your choice). Please note that WE DO NOT NEED YOU TO RETURN ANY DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM – YOU CAN KEEP IT. For any questions, please reach out to us directly.
