The Artist: FRANK WALCUTT (1951- ) Frank Walcutt was born in West Berlin, Germany in 1951. He came to Joliet, Illinois as a young boy and studied psychology at Valparaiso University in Indiana. Psychology did not hold his interest long. He experienced America on the road, and it was during his wanderlust phase that he found art. Frank Walcutt is the Founder Art Director of Walcutt Art Resources and M.E. Gallery. Mr Walcutt is a well recognized Artist with some of his art displayed in national and international palaces and landmarks.
