It is preserved under glass with the original commemorative stamps, original framing and is pencil signed by the artist and numbered 251/1300. The artwork, matting, stamps and frame are all in beautiful condition with very light minimal vintage wear to the frame (see images). The piece measures approx 17 1/2" wide and 16" tall.
