This is a vintage 8x10 in. US double-weight matte photograph from the classic silent film drama/romance, THE FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE, released in 1921 by Metro Pictures Corporation and directed by Rex Ingram. Based upon the famous novel by Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, an extended family split-up in France and Germany find themselves on opposing sides of the battlefield during World War I. The image features a beautiful interior full-length shot of Rudolph Valentino in costume as "Juliio Desnoyers" as he confidently surveys the interior of an Argentinean cafe. Printed on double-weight stock, most likely in the 1940's or possibly earlier, this vintage copy photograph is in very fine+ condition without any pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws and just the tiniest amount of wear on the tip of the bottom right corner.
