It would be used to replace a missing or damaged knob, not to fix a volume or power issue. You could pay more elsewhere, but why? There was more than one manufacturer for Ford CD-Cassette radios. This knob works for those manufactured by Pioneer. If you have an RDS button on the face, yours is a Pioneer. If you do not and you want to find out if it is made by Pioneer, you need to pull your radio out. It usually says Pioneer on a sticker on the case. But another dead giveaway is a large black aluminum heatsink on the back of the radio. APPLICATIONS These only work in Pioneer manufactured CD-Cassette radios in the following vehicles. Your CD-Cassette radio must be made by Pioneer for this to be the correct model.
