Some of our products are made to order and are personalised. It is for this reason that we can only accept returns for products if they are damaged or faulty. We can not accept returns because you have ordered the wrong one or just changed your mind. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order stating details of your issue. We will then instruct you about our returns/refund procedure.
