Hi and welcome to Robin's Nest! This beautiful clock is 7-7/8" high, 6-2/8" at it's widest, and 1-3/4" thick. The clockface is 3-1/2" round, rimmed in gold plastic and is removable. It is battery-powered and uses one (1) AA battery (not included). This clock works perfectly. There are four rubber feet on the bottom to protect your furniture. The two dark spots on the bottom of the item (picture #6) are holes made by the manufacturer. This item is made by "WMG" and the date has rubbed off a bit but my guess is 2008. Made in China. Beautiful blue and white floral pattern which I believe is a form of transferware, I do not believe this is handpainted. There are a few tiny scuff marks on the front of the clockface which you must turn towards the light to see; they do not distract from the beauty of this piece and are not visible from the front. This piece will make a lovely addition to your mantle, shelf, desk or just about anywhere you decide to show it off!
