Item description

This listing is for 40 Fenugreek, Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds. Fenugreek is eaten daily by many cultures on the planet. The seeds smell like Maple Syrup and even taste a bit like Maple Syrup. We found it ourselves for increasing lactation in nursing mothers and it definitely works. We also enjoy eating the sprouts. Full of vitamins and minerals. The seeds make a great seasoning like curry. This plant has been with humanity for well over 6000 years. Lets keep this one going. One of my family's favorite little beans. Thanks for looking!
