Indications - excessive formation and accumulation of gases in the gastrointestinal tract (flatulence, Remkheld syndrome, aerophagia, increased gas production in the postoperative period); - preparation for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity and small pelvis organs (including ultrasound, X-ray examinations); - symptoms of excessive gas formation caused by functional dyspepsia; - acute poisoning with detergents containing foaming agents (as an antifoam agent). Method of administration and dosage For complaints related to excessive gas formation, adults and children over 6 years of age are prescribed 2 caps. 3-5 times / day, it is possible with a small amount of liquid, after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime. The duration of the course of treatment depends on the presence of symptoms of increased gas production. If necessary, the drug Espumisan can be used for a long period of time.
