Thimble-ducting of biosafety cabinets is recommended when protection is required from chemical vapors (in trace amounts) generated inside the cabinet. This accessory must be properly installed and connected to a dedicated facility exhaust ducting system. Exhaust collars adapt the cabinet exhaust duct geometry to a standard 10?/250mm round duct.
