This wonderful book is a history book as well as a cookbook. This is an illustrated hard cover with dust jacket. Pictures are part of description.
CONDITION: My cookbooks are pre-owned and as such may have some minor signs of wear, such as corner edge bumping. Any issues are noted. Even though I don't see any reason for it, it appears to have been taped at the upper portion of the front hinge. The dust jacket is a little ragged.
