The skirt has a 22" waist unstretched and is not attached so it can be worn with any other shirt in the little girl's closet. The skirt features a black waistband to compliment the bright yellow fabric showing all kinds of corny bugs. The skirt is complimented with a ruffled bottom made from a coordinating bug fabric.
