Made To Order:
No Returns on all “Made To Order” products. Those items will be listed as “Made To Order” in the description of the product. These items are made specifically for you, fresh off the press.

Damaged/Defective: 
If the event you receive an item that is damaged/defective upon delivery, we will provide free shipping back to us. Prior approval from seller must be given before the item can be sent back. (Pictures must be provided before return, Instructions for return will be given at that time) Any products returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns/Cancelations:
You have 7 days to return item (other than what is listed as “Made To Order”), unused and in its original packaging, (Buyer is responsible for return shipping & will pay a 20% restocking fee)

Final Sales (No refunds):
