What you will need: 2 eggs 100 g of margarine 100 ml of milk (approx. 10 tablespoons) A method of preparing 1. Preparing the dough Set the oven to 180C without convection. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add eggs, soft margarine and milk. Mix everything first at low speed, then at high speed for about 3 minutes until you obtain a smooth dough. 2. Applying to the mold Grease the baking tin and sprinkle it with flour or line it with baking paper. Put the dough into the mold. 3. Baking Place the cake on the middle level of the preheated oven. Temperature: 180C. Baking time: approx. 55-60 min Note: After approx. 20 min of baking, cut the cake lengthwise with a sharp knife to a depth of approx. 1 cm. 4. Decorating Remove the baked cake from the pan after about 10 minutes.
