Transfers included for face. Clothing includes panties, jacket and hat, skirt, overalls, shirt/ blouse, hat, pajamas, and a knitted sweater and socks. Pattern is new, old stock - unused and factory folded. Pattern pieces and General Directions have info in English, French, and Spanish, but the actual assembling and sewing instructions are in English.
