Return accepted within 5 days of receipt, provided that product and all packages are in original condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

2) If the jewellery has undergone repair elsewhere
3) Changes made to jewellery disregarding professional advice given
4) Other damages caused by non-manufacturing defects.
