The workbook has writing in it, but the other book, audio CDs, envelope system, and CD Rom preview look unused. Book does have dust jacket and it looks pristine. Back of box indicates there should also bee a tip card and a debit card holder. These 2 items are not included. The back also mentions some forms. I don't see any hardcopy forms either, but they should be on the Tools CD ROM. Note - this does NOT include online access - except for the free portions of the site.
