In an alternate universe, where the U.S. allows deathrow inmates to gamble their lives on a TV game show, "Live or Die", prisoners have a chance to compete and live in the 'Running Man' inspired story. Emcee Chuck Toedan (John McCafferty) leads a hard life--pursued by criminals, threatened by kooks and nuts, and the target of feminist Gloria Sternvirgin (Robyn Blythe). This parody of how TV sets trends and enforces revised values on our morality is amusing, but forces the issue with vulgarities and tasteless gags. Including a 'Blue Velvet' parody, sex, religion, and fart humour. In a bizarre twist of fate, Chuck and Gloria suddenly find themselves unwilling contestants on the show, facing that life-or-death question: curtain number one, two or three?
