Items that arrive damaged or not in working condition should be returned to us within 4 days of the delivery date for a full refund and/or replacement (your choice). If you have received an item you did not order, same rule applies. An item that ceases to function properly can be returned for replacement anytime within 14 days of delivery date. Please, in any case, contact me prior to returning any item to avoid confusion.
