* This maxi dress is made from 3 layers top quality Tulle and one piece of imitating silk satin inner layer, which let the skirt looks so bouffant. The third layer is special pleated to add the bouffant effects.
* High waist / full circle. Actually this dress is needed much more cloth than usual skirt.
