They are made of 75% Poly 25% Rayon in a lovely copper color. These have pleats pockets on both sides and no belt loops. Zips inside the side pocket. There is a brand name sewn to the center back: "Tailor flex". No frayed stitching or bad places. These have been worn but still have a lot of wear left in them and look new. Completely machine washable in cold water dryable on no heat.
