Filter looks good, I don't see any scratches. Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use, case some light wear from normal use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents or tears. This lens filter is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
