The best way to get the trigger off is to use 2 flat screwdrivers. If a button does not fit exactly you can use sandpaper/nail file to file it down. please note this may remove the color/paint. The screws don't always go in easy, but they will with a little pressure (a lot maybe) Any more? Let me know. Installation is required, and in order to install these pieces you will need to take apart your Xbox 360 controller. Screwdrivers included.
