Chinese Baoding Therapy Balls Baoding balls have been utilized for centuries as a therapeutic aid for relaxation and stress release, to relax muscles and joints, maintain suppleness and flexibility of the hands, help stimulate blood circulation, and an aid for emotional health. These handcrafted balls are beautifully and vibrantly painted using the Chinese Cloisonne enamel and gold highlightsl finish, on metal hollow balls that contain chiming plates inside. They make a gentle rythmical chiming sound when utilized correctly. Each ball has it's own unique chime. The sound aids in the relaxation process. No two balls are identical and colors may vary slightly. The Baoding balls are new and unused, the boxes are not in perfect condition. I purchased these in bulk and this is the way they came.
