Sizes include S(2-4), M(5-6), L(7-8). It contains one panel to make a Childs vest and is in excellent condition. Panel size is 34" x 45". NOTE!! These are FABRIC PANELS only not the finished product.. My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. When you receive your parcel, shipping costs do not reflect the 15% HST we have to pay in Nova Scotia on stamps.
