Wooden decoupage folk art wall hanging depicting the United States Capital Building, Washington DC Shiny lacquered front over solid wood Measures aprx 6.5"x5" x1/2" tall (quarter shown for scale) Wood appears to be repurposed from some kind of box/crate- see pic#3 Has a rear hanger made from a metal drink can pop top (dating it probably not more recent than the late 1970's) Unknown maker/origin, has 'Debbie' on the back
