We Accept returns if the item is not exactly as advertised. We The watch must be returned within 14 days after it’s received. We only ship with insured carriers. If the watch has been damaged in transit we will apply insurance and ship the item again. In the case of DOA, the watch must be sent back to one of our warehouses to access the replacement.
