It's NEW in the BOX and is in Mint/NEW condition and never used or displayed. I don't know if the ink works because of the age, so the sale is for the outside shell of the PEN ONLY. If the ink part writes black, then that's a bonus. It's a very pretty pen. The Pen outside color is "Pearlized" PINK Silvertone accents. Refillable with standard ballpoint refills. The box shows some signs of shelf wear but it's still in good enough condition to be used as a gift purpose (for wrapping) or to use yourself.
