It was a promotional give-a-way handed out at Bars, Taverns and Honkey Tonks to promote the Black Velvet brand. Measures 6-1/2" long with a 1-1/4" Key ring loop. The Black Velvet Medallion features a Lone Star attached with the leather strings that have alternating yellow and black painted wooden beads. CONDITION: Mint. New in sealed package. We put this on the scanner to get a better detailed photo. the black spots you see in the photos are only on the outer sealed bag.
