I did this myself would wear it to local Mardi Gras celebrations or on New Year's Eve. I gained weight again it no longer fits. The waist is 14.5" across measured flat with no stretch to it. It is knee-length on me (I am 5' 3"). The acetate skirt section has a 3" row of colorful sequins around the bottom. There is a Chiffon overlay that has large decorative sequin circles that hang from it. It is missing a couple large round sequin circles towards the back/side of the overlay part of the dress but its not very noticeable since the underneath sequined portion is lower than it is not missing any sequins. You may be able to replace them too. There are no other rips, tears or holes in this dress that I notice. As mentioned already, there are a couple of these circles missing but it is barely noticeable since they lay on top of the 3" sequin band which falls below is longer than the overlay. If you dance with the dress the top layer will swirl around separately from the bottom layer since the bottom layer is much heavier due to the weight of all the sequins. I do not have any matching sequins available to repair it myself as it was embellished a long time ago using pieces that already had the sequins.
