Some people complained about the small LCD screen and yes, it is small, but it's really not a problem. It is easy to use. Also the printer is a bit smaller than our previous printer which is nice as it takes up a lot less room. We have had it for about a month and have had no problems. It prints quickly and quietly. I would recommend it and LOVE the new ink technology!
