30 Day Return Policy
Returns Happen, We accept returns on items that are in their original unused and uninstalled condition
To help us expedite your return please follow these instructions:
Contact us in advance for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Follow the detailed return instructions that we provide to you, which include the RMA# and shipping address to the return center.
You will then receive your refund after the returned item has been inspected and tested.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the 30-day return, plus all returns are subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued on products that have been broken or damaged by the customer!
Product defects are covered by the Limited Warranty as verified by the specific item manufacturer.
Free Return Shipping only available on units with actually Manufacturer Defects.
Buyers must consult with a seller and manufacturer’s service technician first prior to any return request and the unit must be deemed to have documented factory defect.
Units/items not functioning properly due to “customer set up” DO NOT qualify as a manufacturer’s defect.
Other non-qualifying reasons Including but not limited to the following:
1. The unit/item not properly sized for the desired application.
2. The unit/item is not recommended for geographic location.
3. Customer power supply not suitable for the installation of electric units.
4. Customers ordering the wrong fuel type.
5. Customer water pressure or flow rate not consistent with minimum requirements for the unit to function properly.
The buyer agrees that by entering into a transaction for this item to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract.
Buyers attempting to circumvent the return shipping by claiming “Item Not as Described or Defective” will be reported.
Returned units that have been damaged by the buyer will be subject to restock fee or possible rejection of return claim.
