Best Loved Fisherman Fred Applique Quilt Flexible Plastic Template Pattern This is a 1994 Best Loved Applique Quilt Pattern called "Fisherman Fred". Then only known as Fisher Boy, this cheerful cousin of Sunbonnet Sue made his first appearance in the 1930's on his way to the river with an empty fishing line. By the mid-1950's, he was headed home, having aquired both a name and a fish on his line. Like his brothers Dutch Boy and Overall Andy, Fred has been charming quilters and their children for almost 60 years. Finished block size is 12" x 12", quilt is 73" x 94". Included is a new flexible plastic template and contains complete color photos and directions. This flexible plastic template is not made for rotary cutters. Each pattern is enclosed in a plastic sleeve so you can store your pattern template. NOTE!! These are PATTERNS only not the finished product nor the materials to complete the projects.
