I am unsure of the age or pattern name, but I would date it to the first half of the 20th Century, probably 1940's. It has a buck deer pattern facing right on it. It is finished in an ivory color white glaze, with brown underglaze accents and green and gold over glaze accents that are hand painted. The vase is a very small size, and measures 4.25" tall, about 4" deep, 1.14/16" wide, and 1" to 1.25" front to back. It was made in Japan. It is a very nice little semi-figural bud vase, and would be a wonderful addition to any vintage or antique ceramics collection.
