All other items must be returned in the same condition as received to qualify for a item cost refund. No initial shipping costs are refunded unless extenuating circumstances apply. If an item is delivered to an incorrect addres that was provided from the Customer info, then a 20% restocking fee is incurred before I can reship the item to the correct mailing address.
