Return Policy:

All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or the package will be refused. An RMA# will only be issued within 30 days of receipt of the order. Detailed return instructions will be given at that time. Item must be returned in the original condition it was received. All Shipping & Handling Fees (including the Return Shipping Fees) are non-refundable. Full refunds (including shipping costs) are only given if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
