Overall, is in good condition, very slight wear on corners, spine has very minor crease, (we really had to look very close). Pages are all good condition, no rips, tears, writing, markings or underlining. Inside back cover does have some handwritten notes, with dates that apparent repairs were done to the owners vehicle mostly dated 1993. Does not smell of gas or oil, but the one edge does have some staining, looks like it might have been a finger smudge as it is just on the very edges and not on the pages. .
