Once you lift the flap closure, there is a large compartment and the zipper top closure has the main compartment all pictured. The wristlet has stains on the outside just as pictured. This shows signs of heavy use and some stains. The zipper and the twist lock work fine and this was great using regularly to hold ID, keys, make-up, cash and credit cards.
