Adopt from Fathertime: Yank Magazine The Army weekly Dated: July 27, 1945 Cover: Break In This Issue: War for Oil, Overland to Davao, Mud, United Nations in Cartoon, Pin Up Girl Sheila Ryan, Normal sports feature, Letters and Mail, News from Home, 22 pages Condition: Vintage Used, Complete, Clean, Tight, But these Yank magazines were printed on war time paper of Newspaper quality, Then they went thru war and back home, then put away in the attic for 70 years. They normally have some hick ups, Bumps and bruises. I will note the worst defects, but you may see others. Defects: Corner and Edges wear, Spine edge top has been closed up with book glue, back Cover edge tear with Book Tape repair, Two short front cover edge tears with repair, Mailing Label Comment: All magazines are shipped sleeved with backing board. The older back issue magazines are getting difficult acquire in decent condition. I do not cut up magazines unless there is no other value. I value the complete magazine as a snap shot of times past.
