Because we sell recordable media, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances that gain the approval of the store manager. If we accidentally send you the wrong item, we will either exchange it for free (if possible) or refund you in full after you’ve returned the merchandise (contact us first for a Return Authorization number). You must return items using a trackable method so we can both ensure your package arrives without any problems.
