It is HANDMADE from PLATINUM 18K GOLD. This pendant displays a FINELY DETAILED, HIGH RELIEF of the IMMACULATE SACRED HEART OF JESUS that is HAND CARVED in MOTHER OF PEARL. This relief symbolizes God's passionate and overflowing love for humanity. The pendant is set with 6 WHITE OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS and 24 ROSE CUT DIAMONDS that have a total weight of approx. .76 ctw. The back of the pendant is engraved and dated ?Nene 4-8-1928?, but it does not appear to be deeply engraved so you may be able to polish if off if you wanted your own inscription. The pendant is on the large side, measuring 2-3/8? long, not including the bales, by 1-7/16? at the widest point. A smaller pendant as seen in the last photo may also be available, please inquire.
