Item description

This is a vintage graniteware, enamelware canner, stock pot, stewpot or steamer in a midnight blue color with white splatter. The lid and side handles are soldered on and composed of the same enamelware as the base. This extra large pot was used by my grandmother and mother as a canner for as long as I can recall... at least 50 years. Best guess, the antique graniteware cookware dates between the 1930s and 1950s. Its in great shape, the base is solid without rust. The lid however does have a bend and rusty spots (see photos.) The pot base measures about 14" x 9 ", the lid adds an extra 3" in height. For more information: https://www.therecycleista.com/g-is-for-graniteware-selling-vintage-a-to-z/
