This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE COCKTAIL RING that was made in the ART DECO period of the 1930s. It is made from PLATINUM (top) and 18K GOLD (back and shank). The ring is centrally bezel-set with 1 ANTIQUE RECTANGULAR CUT AQUAMARINE with a lighter blue color that weighs approx. 1.55 ct. This aqua has BEAUTIFUL FACETING and one facet nick, but you need magnification to see it. The ring is detailed with 8 ROSE CUT DIAMONDS that weigh approx. .23 ctw. The head of the ring measures almost 11/16? north to south by 1/2? at the widest point. The ring size is betweenez 7.5 to 7.75 and the total weight is 3.5 grams. The back on the ring has a repair on one end, it looks like a piece of rose golf was layered on top. This can not be seen when wearing the ring.
