This is very important for sanitary purposes. 4) Contact us for exchange approval within 14 days of invoice date along with your choice of style and color code if you'd like to exchange the wig for another style or color. If you are concerned that a style or color will not look good on you, purchase a wig cap prior to your wig’s arrival and take all the precautions above. Exchange requests that do not follow this policy cannot be approved. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bear in mind that most wig and beauty stores will not allow exchanges at all on wigs -- all sales are usually final. I know what it's like to receive a wig that can't be worn, but I am hit with the restocking fee myself when the wig is returned to the manufacturer.
