IN GENERAL

**Your item cost is refundable for any reason as long as you contact us and initiate the item’s return within 14 days of receipt.

Your shipping cost is not refundable, and you pay return shipping costs. *If free shipping was included, your entire purchase is refundable, but you pay return shipping.

**You may be subject to a restock fee of 15%.

SPECIAL ADDITIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

**If an item was damaged in shipment, the insurer may require you to present all packaging as evidence to file a claim and receive compensation.

**Prior to submitting a request to return an item “not as described”, verify the literal description and any measurements listed on the item. Keep in mind; gradations of a color are not reasons to claim an item is “not as described” because computer performance and monitors, personal perception and lighting can all play a factor in what a picture portrays versus seeing an item in person. We attempt to describe color within our text description to the best of our ability. If you received an item which was not as described, we pay first class or cheapest way to return, once we receive the item. You should not expect a return prior to our receipt and inspection of the returned item. You may be required to open a PayPal account to receive remuneration for your shipping costs. (You should not send the item priority if there was a cheaper shipping option, and you should protect yourself by adding tracking.)

• Please verify your shipping address is correct in eBay prior to purchasing. If the address you provide is not deliverable ,(for example, forgetting to update your delivery address), and the item is returned to us, we will refund the cost of merchandise to you, less 15%, or our cost to ship to you, whichever is greater. This means that even though you bought an item which included free shipping, we may deduct our actual cost to ship to you.
