Item description

Stuck in a Crowd (4/5) - Cool song about loneliness and social isolation. The melody reminds me of "1979" by the Smashing Pumpkins. One of the biggest faults of the album (their first album) is they fail to find their own "voice", which they later do in "New Morning", and definitely in "Bloom". China Sunrise (5/5) - One of Alpha Rev's best kept secrets. The chorus is spectacular. Wedding Day (3/5) - Decent song.. the end of the song is something you'd hear from Muse "Black Holes and Revelations" album, which sounds great from.. Muse, but not so much Alpha Rev. American Jesus (5/5) - This is the first song I got into in this album. Love the message and melody. This is simply Alpha Rev here. The Beauty of Falling Down (3/5) - The song kinda disappoints me if I read the lyrics alone and then listen. The way this song was put together doesn't sound right at all. Midnight (4/5) - Again, sounds like something from Muse "Black Holes and Revelations", but there's enough there to make it worth listening to habitually. My Situation (4/5) - Very poppy. Not a lot of substance, at least to my knowledge. Big Blow (5/5) - There's something about this song I really like, hard to pinpoint what it is. It reminds me of the Beatles a bit. I love the chorus. Seems ironic to me, in a good way, like he's mocking himself. Though I Walk (5/5) - Very simple, but I really like it cause it's THEM. Dark horse of the album. Ride Away (5/5) - The melody of this song sounds so unique, and foreign. The song carries itself extremely well throughout. A solid ending. Cd vg The cd is in great shape this cd and case.
