RETURN POLICY

- The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:

product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals & other paper materials, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
product that does not have matching serial number to the one printed on the retail box.
product found to be damaged due to physical abuse or misuse.
product that exhibits physical damage.
product that missing UPC on the retail box (for mail-in rebate purposes).
product returned with markings or writings made by customer on the original box.
opened media products, such as video games, software, DVDs, Blu-rays, blank media, etc.
opened consumeable products, such as ink, printer with ink, markers, papers, etc.
prepaid gift cards and prepaid gaming cards.
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement.

- Dead/Damaged On Arrival (DOA) items must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.

- Lost or non-receipt package must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.

- All returns must be sent within 14 business days after we approved your return request, or after our first response to your return request, whichever is sooner.

- All returns must be approved with an RMA. Returns without RMA will not be processed.

- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- If the item has to be returned and the return was not caused from our end (no longer needed/wanted, package refused or return-to-sender, etc), a fee per item plus applicable sales tax will be deducted from the refund to partially cover our shipping cost and restocking fee. The fees are as follow, or 15% of total order, whichever is higher: $3.99 for most products under $100 value, $5.99 for prepaid gift/game card, 15% of total order for item more than $100 value.

- Warranty cards must be empty (not filled up).

- All returns must include a copy of Amazon.com order receipt.

- Serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, on the warranty card, as well as in our record.

- Any sticker on the unit that may void warranty if broken, must still intact (not broken).

- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

- We are not responsible for loss or damage items in return transit.

- Please allow up to 3-7 business days after delivery date for us to process your return, verify it, and initiate your refund. Amazon will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

- Brand new products come with manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished products come with manufacturer’s warranty. If you have problem(s) with the item you received, please contact the manufacturer first. Most technical issues are able to be resolved over the phone or on a chat forum by the tech support.

SHIPPING POLICY

- We ship orders with Free Economy, Standard, and Expedited shipping within 2 business days as allowed by Amazon.

- We ship orders with 2-Day and 1-Day shipping the same day (cut off time 10am PST), otherwise next day.

- Free Economy and Standard shipping are not offered with guaranteed delivery date.

- We ship each order with tracking number.

- We have the right to choose any carrier at our discretion at any time.

- We do not ship to outside of US.

- We do not ship to ship to PR, GU, VI.

- Delivery time frame for Free economy Shipping is within 3-10 business days.

- Delivery time frame for Standard shipping is within 3-7 business days.

- Delivery time frame for Expedited shipping is within 1-3 business days.

- Delivery time frame for 2-Day shipping is within 1-2 business days.

- Delivery time frame for 1-Day shipping is 1 business day.

- Shipping time frame is the time we take from receiving your order until the carrier receives the package from us. It is usually within 2 business days.

- Delivery time frame is the time the carrier takes from receiving the package from us until delivery to your shipping address.

- Shipping charge is not refundable.

- If the item ordered offered with Free Shipping has to be returned due to customer’s will (no longer needed/wanted), a $3.99 fee per item (plus applicable sales tax) or $5.99 fee per item (plus applicable sales tax) for item more than $100 value, will be deducted from the refund to partially cover our shipping cost and restocking fee.

TAX POLICY

- We charge 7.5% sales tax for ALL orders shipping to CA.
- No exemptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Amazon allows you to cancel order within 30 minutes after placing the order.

- After that 30min passed, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.

- After the package ships, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

- If you still don’t want to keep the item, please let us know when the package arrives. We will arrange your return authorization (RMA) for a refund.

BULK ITEMS POLICY

- Bulk Items (including but not limited to items such as Air Conditioners, Televisions, Home Entertainment Systems, Refrigerators, etc) cannot be returned for refund or replacement.

- Buyers must carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package.

- Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises.

- If everything is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery.

- By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to GADGET UPGRADE policies, understanding that you cannot return the bulk item to Gadget UPgrade, and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations.
