All the packages ready to go are labeled with “Fragile” here and there but unfortunately damages may still occur from time to time during the shipping transit, For filing purpose, please kindly provide a few pictures showing the damaged parts concerned as well as any damage to the packaging boxes to facilitate the processing of any parts replacement or return request in 30 days of purchase.

Please be kindly noted that you are responsible for any associated shipping charges to send the chicken coop back to us and that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the full refund.
